My story

Razzie came to Chloe's Pet Rescue from a shelter a few days after giving birth to eleven puppies, yes you read that right, eleven puppies. She was a great mom. Eight of her sweet puppies have found homes and now she is looking for her family.

Razzie is a playful two year old. She loves to be close to you and, of course, get her ears scratched and loved on. Razzie does fairly well on a leash. Razz is crate trained and we believe she is house trained.

Razz loves car rides and if you happen to have a golf cart, she absolutely loves to ride in one of them. We are working on not pulling when walking on the leash (she is much better now). Razz is also learning to "sit".

Another thing Razz loves is to play in the water as it is being sprayed from the hose. She can jump like no bodies business trying to get to the stream of water. She's a blast to watch. We think she might like a pool or at least a kiddie pool to play in when the weather is warm.

Razz will be a great addition to any family that wants a loving, playful, and sweet girl to be a part of the family.

She has been fully vetted and when she came to CPR, she had heartworms, but has been treated for the heartworms, so completely ready for her new home. Her adoption fee is $75.

If you are interested in being considered a candidate to adopt Razzie, please go to the website and complete an application for adoption. www.chloespetrescue.org/application.

Additional adoption info

We are a RESCUE ORGANIZATION; please complete your online Adoption Application, which can be found on our website. We require an adoption application, vet reference, and a home visit with the pet. ALL of our pets are spayed, neutered or scheduled prior to being adopted. They are UTD on shots, heartworm negative, treated or scheduled to be treated, and micro chipped. They must be kept on heartworm preventative for the rest of their lives. Our adoption fees vary. Puppies have an increased adoption fee since they need three or four sets of shots, multiple de-wormings, and other puppy needs to keep them healthy.

More about this rescue

CPR is an animal rescue organization run solely by volunteers. Our primary goal is to save dogs from euthanization at shelters as a result of factors such as a lack of funding and space. These wonderful animals are put at risk because they have no one to claim and adopt them. We aim to give them the second chance that they so deserve. Our animals come to us from shelters around DFW and stay in foster homes where they are given the medical attention (vaccinations, surgeries, heart worm testing, etc) and care that they deserve.
