Pert and pretty, Ruffles is always ready for a romp with a doggie companion or a long walk with a person or couple that is home most of the day. Ruffles is a 2-3 year old cream Spitz mixed with a bit of Chow Chow. Ruffles is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated and has undergone heartworm treatment and is now heartworm free. She is crate trained and of course she is house trained. She does like people, children and will need to be in a home with access to a yard that has another dog for a companion or/and with people who are home most of the day. She would enjoy a doggie dog to go in and out at will. Ruffles is a very companionable dog. A big NO to cats. Ruffles lets you give her a bath with no problems, she weighs a whopping 30 pounds.Her tail was broken and had to be surgically shortened a bit. She loves to follow her person around the house and will woof when there is a knock on the door. Ruffles does get scared during thunderstorms but does fine in her crate or with take herself off to hide in the bathroom on her own. Ruffles enjoys walks in the cool of the day and rides well in a car. Ruffles is a lovely, gentle dog with spurts of energy. She is fostered in a private home with other dogs.
