Meet Persimmon! We cannot say enough good things about this beautiful red-haired girl. Persimmon is close to perfection; she’s quiet and calm and has wonderful house manners. Persimmon likes to follow you around and keep you company throughout the day.

Easygoing and mellow, she gets along well other dogs and loves to cuddle up and watch movies. Easy on leash, she enjoys leisurely walks and being out-and-about – she’s a young-at-heart 12-years old and a rather voluptuous 10-lbs.

Persimmon was an owner surrender to the shelter, and we are currently treating her for minor skin issues on her hind quarters.

Persimmon is spayed, up to date on shots, dental (scheduled), bloodwork, fecal tested, and microchipped.

Adoption process includes application, interview, home visit, contract and donation.
