Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I rescued Fitzgerald in May 2017 from a busted nasty puppy mill in Galveston County Texas. We assume He was born in February 2017. This makes him about 4 years old now.
He was raised with my young daughter who was really great with him; however my son was born 2 years ago and has been very hard on Fitzgerald. As a result, he is increasingly anxious with my young child. I’ve tried many things to train the kid, but it’s not fair for Fitz to feel this way. Fitzgerald also lost his best friend 2 years ago (my old dog Kira who passed from kidney failure). Al that being said, he’s lonely.
I’d love for him to go to a home with older people, even older children would be great, and also preferably with another dog(s). He’s very lonely right now, and could use more attention than what I’m able to give him.
He really is a great dog. He sits, lays down, stays, plays fetch, and loves to snuggle!
Please reach out if you’re interested in meeting him 😊
