I placed Duke on rehome in 2020 and went to see one family that was not a good fit. I stopped because of the pandemic. Duke is now 3, house trained and a sweetie pie dog who is so kind and loving. I have 4 dogs and am overwhelmed with too many. Duke loves kids, is great when he gets to know other dogs. We have a cat he chases, but stops chasing when I tell him too. He needs to go to a home with a fenced in yard, where he has lots of attention and a large dog friend would make him sooo happy. I think and experienced large dog owner is needed. He is easy going and is so yummy and sweet. My heart breaks to have to let him go. He has never been crated and is just kept in our laundry room when we go out or at night when we sIeep. He does not like crates. I know there is a loving family with a good home who can provide him with love and the proper care a German Shepherd needs. Only apply if you have a fenced in yard and a home that is accommodating for large dogs please.
