My story

Iggy is four months old and was rescued in Queens with her brother Bowie. They were the only two in their litter to survive and Bowie was adopted, but Iggy is still looking for her forever home! Iggy is a little shy, but loves meal time, playing with the other kitties, including adult cats and absolutely loves to chase a toy wand. While she takes a little longer to come out of her shell, she is a sweet and a very fun, playful kitty that would make any cat lover happy. IIf you have another cat and are looking for a friend, Iggy will be the best fit!

She is vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, dewormed, treated for fleas and healthy (felv/fiv negative)

More about this rescue

Meowsquad is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization started in 2019. Our goal is to reduce the large stray and feral cat population of New York City by using Trap Neuter Return (TNR) techniques as well as working with the community to find forever homes for cats and kittens that can be resocialized. We also aim to relocate those who cannot be returned into safe, working environments.
