My story

In the musical `Cats`, Mr. Mistoffelees was a tuxedo cat with magical powers. Our Mr. Mistoffelees is clearly not a cat, but he`s definitely a little bit magical- he casts a love spell on everyone who meets him!! Despite his wooing powers, though, this sweet old man has yet to find his forever family. It’s a bit of a mystery really, given how universally adored he is by pretty much everyone at the shelter. Just look at what his volunteer friends have to say about him!

`Mr. Mistoffelees as just a delight. He is always happy and wiggly. He’s a great walker, sits for treats, and takes them gently. Mr. M is affectionate and listens well. He has a fun and goofy personality, gives kisses and overall is just a happy dog.`

`What a delight this fellow is! Whatever family takes him home is lucky to have him.`

“He’s the total package! Calm, sweet, funny, athletic but chill, and polite. Please consider meeting him and spending some time getting to know him. You won’t be disappointed!”

“Mr. M is a chunky and beefy guy- very fun to walk . He’s easygoing, easy to leash and does a good “sit” for a treat. He has a soft mouth and takes treats gently. He’s a gentle and friendly companion dog.”

“Mr. Mistoffelees is my favorite dog- he is always happy. After all this time in the shelter, he has not given up. He enjoys life and is ready to enjoy it with his human, and he is such a good companion! He has the cutest brisk walk, loves to sniff, enjoys petting - my guess is he also would be a Netflix aficionado! He is an absolute delight to be around.”

The love notes about Mr. M go on and on- there isn’t a person in the shelter who doesn’t love him! His time at the shelter has stretched out far too long and he really needs to find his family. Mr. M is an assertive kind of guy when it comes to other dogs, so would like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit (and most likely would prefer to be your one and only). During a brief adoption Mr. M was housebroken and enjoyed sleeping on the couch. He was a bit protective of his treats and the places he liked to hide them, so needs a savvy person who can work with him on that behavior. If you could use a little bit of magic and a lot of love in your life, please ask to meet Mr. Mistoffelees today!!
