Sunflower is an absolutely adorable petite Black Lab who is perfect in every way. She’s a bit of a senior but has plenty of pep in her step and plenty of life yet to live.

Sunflower came to our Safe House from Tennessee, completely broken down. Clearly she had a horribly neglectful life, and was ready to embark on a new life filled with the love and attention she so deserves.

We believe Sunflower is 8 – 10 years old, and just -45 lbs. She loves people and is fine with other calm dogs as well as cats. Her favorite activities are lounging in the sun, napping indoors, going for walks, and of course, hanging out with her people.

Sunflower would do best in an all-adult home, or one with older children, appreciative of her calm, gentle demeanor. A fenced yard would be nice, so Sunflower can safely and securely enjoy napping outdoors (weather permitting). We at BAARK are committed to comprehensive vet care for all of our dogs, and expect those adopting our dogs to share that value.

Sunflower is fully vetted, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and on year-round prevention, spayed and microchipped.
