Millie is an almost 6 year old purebred Maltese. We believe that she would do best in a quiet home without young children. We have a golden that she is just fine with, but they do not interact a whole lot. She is almost housebroken, but we do not trust her around carpet. She is very good about using her pee mats in the house. She is the sweetest most loyal girl, and deserves a loving home where she can get the attention that she deserves. Someone who is home often would be ideal. Since having children of our own, Millie had become increasingly anxious (shaking/panting often). We have tried giving her as much attention as we can, but it does not seem to be enough. Our home no longer seems to be the best fit for her, and that breaks our hearts. She is up to date on all of her shots and was at the vet recently where she had about 18 teeth removed due to an infection. The vet let us know that he often sees this with small dogs and that otherwise she appears to be a very healthy dog.
