My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Merlin is about 3 years old, @35-40 lbs. He is another dog rescued from the breeding location. He was in a pen with two other dogs, and he was kind of their defender, so he's taken some time to adjust to being alone.

However, he has made enormous strides in recent weeks, and is gaining trust and comfort with humans and their contact. He loves to walk on leash or off, loves human contact and petting, has walked with several people here, and gets very excited about going into the play yards. Recently he's also met several other dogs, and he's played with them and so far gets along well with all of them.

Awesome dog - needs dog-savvy people who are committed to learning all they can to be best parents possible. He has been on outings where he met new dogs, new people, been petted by children.
