I became Tzars new owner in 2016 when his owner moved to New York and couldn't take him with her. He was well groomed and came with a purse of fur brighteners, shampoos, brushes and toys. He accepted his new family right away. He loves to run after you if you run around him. He loves to run along side you while you ride a bike or skateboard. He loves to have a bath and grooming. Which he is in desperate need of due to my physical condition I have not attended his grooming needs. I really want a loving caring home for Tzar that he really deserves to be pampered and cared for. I'm not sure how he is around children I've never had him interact with anyone under 16yrs old. He has a chihuahua girl that is 4yrs younger as a bestfriend I hate to separate them but I have to move to an apartment. He has been exposed to 10 indoor cat siblings but has not directly interacted due to me being extra careful of animal safety. Tzar has been neutered but needs his shots updated. He's been very lov
