Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cooper is a purebred, red male bloodhound, age 5 years. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and healthy. He is a VERY big boy, weighing in at 120 pounds. He has a good disposition with adults, children, other dogs and cats, though he does not 'take trash' from other dogs. He also guards his food around other dogs and gets cranky with other dogs when they want to play and he wants to be left alone. He is housebroken, but not crate-trained and very spoiled. He is very vocal about his likes and dislikes. He knows how to SIT, SPEAK and SHAKE HANDS. He has been through formal obedience training, but will definitely need a refresher course as it hasn't been used. He also acted as a SERVICE DOG for his previous owner. She has a medical condition which causes seizures when she sleeps. Cooper would sense these oncoming seizures and would awaken his mom. (He slept on the floor beside her bed.) He does not try to escape a fenced yard, but will bolt for an open door when inside the house. Cooper is fostered in Hattiesburg, MS.
