My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

She was left outside of an apartment complex in the cold, shivering and hungry.

Cassie is lucky that a kind person brought her inside and called NC Pet Adoption League for help. Cassie is an 8-week-old lab mix with a gorgeous black coat with chocolate specks. She loves to be carried and wraps her front legs around your neck to give you hugs. Cassie is affectionate and is great around other animals. She is crate trained and is started on her house training. She is smart, loyal and very willing to please. Cassie is gentle and has a wonderful temperament; she would be a great family dog or a faithful companion for a single person.

There is always a 2-week trial period to make certain you've found a good match.


Cassie's adoption fee is $150. She is spayed, microchipped (with free registration in your name), dewormed and is up-to-date with vaccines. She comes with a complimentary collar and leash. If you're interested in meeting Cassie, please apply.
