This beautiful PRINCESS has come a long way from the starving, scared kitten, surviving in a coyote infested field! She was rescued at about 6 weeks old and soon learned that nice people provide lots of food and love! Even though she is still a little skittish with sudden noises, she LOVES to be petted and brushed. When she is comfortable in her new home, her playful nature will shine through! She adores feather toys and will carry them around. They probably remind her of birds she tried to catch while trying to survive on her own. She will sometimes beg for a bite of your meal but is polite about it. She is still working on relaxing while being held but will totally relax if you feed her something yummy while holding her. She is a big purr box when you give her attention. She also loves being talked to. She may get a little over stimulated while being petted and may try to nibble your finger, but she will listen to a gentle, ‘NO’. (she is actually growing out of this 'nibbling' behavior). She has met a calm dog, but has no interest in being friends with the dog at the moment. She enjoys playing with her kitty friends. Princess will need a calm home. Overall, she is a very sweet girl that deserves the name, ‘Princess’. If you are patient with her, she will be your best friend!
