My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Jasper is the sweetest boy. I've had him for all of his 20 years except the first month or so after I rescued him from the shelter. I am moving and can't take him with me. It breaks my heart so I want to make sure to give him the best home possible.

He is definitely a lap cat and will steal your seat the minute you get up from it. He loves his chin scratched and is still playful if you spend the time. He does well with most other cats. I've never had a dog so don't know about that. He loves to give you 'kisses'. Just ask and he'll comply. Nose, chin and face. 😊 He loves to sleep with you if you'll let him.

As old as he is, I don't know how much longer he's got. He does have some kidney disease which makes him thirsty all the time and he pees a lot. He may not have a whole lot longer but would love to give him a warm comfortable home for his final years.

He does still use the litter box but occasionally poops around the house but I think it's because he's constipated. No mess.
