Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Handsome mature gentleman looking for a quiet home in the country.
Marshall is a loving 6 yr old, 40 lb boy who likes to play fetch with his squeaky ball and snuggle on the couch. He adores his family including 2 teenagers and coexists peacefully with 2 large cats. His manners in the house are impeccable - no begging or jumping, doesn't touch the trash can or litter box, never chewed anything but a dog toy and is perfectly house-trained. Unfortunately, Marshall is completely overwhelmed by the urban environment outside our house and is reactive to loud noises, strange smells, the hundreds of other dogs in the neighborhood. His anxiety has increased over the year he has lived with us even with positive counter conditioning training. He does interact well with other dogs if introduced slowly with plenty of toys so he doesn't have to share. He is very bonded to his people and will do best if he does not need to be left alone for more than 4 hours per day.
