My story

ABOUT PRETTY BOY
Looking for a calm, loving companion? Meet Pretty Boy! This handsome man is an 8 year old shorthair kitty. He came to HAP after his owner passed away. He has previously lived with two other cats, who were brought in with him. His friends have found their forever homes, so now Pretty Boy is patiently waiting to find his family. Understandably, he was very nervous upon arriving to the shelter. Pretty Boy is still very shy, so we are giving him the space and time he needs to settle in. He currently resides in one of our free-roam rooms, with his other furry friends. He allows petting and does not mind when other kitties cuddle up to him. You can often find him sprawled out in the sunshine or curled up on a cozy blanket. He loves looking out the window to watch birds fly and leaves fall. One day he will see his adopter walk by too, could it be you?

*This cat has tested positive for FIV, Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. Many cats with FIV can live a long and happy lifespan if kept indoors and given routine veterinary care. FIV is not contagious to people or animals other than cats.

**To help Pretty Boy find the home he deserves sooner, a generous donor has sponsored his adoption fee!

Be sure to check back for more, but again, please do not hesitate to submit a questionnaire! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, and a small bag of food to get you started!
