My story

I am Tellie, (black and white striped tabby), one of 5 males in litter of 6, abandoned and alone, until my foster moms took us in! My name is Tellie (Greek for storyteller), because I need to tell you about my day, and I can give you an opinion on just about anything, particularly my food! Lovelovelove wet food! My fave pastimes are eating, sleeping, wrestling with my sister and brothers, and chasing a spring (ask my foster mom).

We began rescuing dogs 6 years ago when I realized that so many healthy dogs were being euthanized in our local shelters. Shortly after I began to rescue kitties as well. We estimate that we have rescued over 2500 animals since we began. They all deserve a chance, a life and a lot of love.
