River was found at the edge of the parkway on-ramp in toms river after having been hit by a car. He used up most of his 9 lives in that incident, escaping with minor cuts and bruises. He's nearly big enough for his forever home now, but he's still rather timid. Does anyone have the heart to provide this little boy with the fairytale ending his story deserve
