Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Eli Buddy Beavers is approx.15-mths old. Original owner is 81 years old, had to relocate and couldn't take Eli with her. She was heartbroken, so I offered to foster Eli. She acquired Eli from her nephew who found him dumped at a truck stop around 3 mths old. Elie is a great dog; However my Husky (also rescued around age 4) is almost 10 now and used to being an only dog for the past 4 years, also extremely food aggressive, which worries me. Both of them are fighting for my affection. Eli becomes attached very quickly and will follow you around everywhere you go. He will listen. Knows how to sit, lay down, and stay. He will bring you his leash when he wants to go for a walk. He does have a lot of energy. Ideally, the person adopting Eli would be very active and/or have a large yard or acreage for Eli to run on. You can tell he is a herder. He is better off leash than on. He does a little training, but is SUCH a great and loyal dog who needs LOVE.
