My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet sweet Alfred! This Bassett Hound / Beagle mix is a complete sweetheart!

Our vet in Puerto Rico estimated that he is 3 years old, but seems more mature since he is so quiet and relaxed ! Please watch him on the video to see proof ! lol!
Alfred would love a family to call his own!
He is very calm and chill! !

He gets along great with all the dogs and walks great on leash, he absolutely loves people and loves cuddles and pets ! He would be an 'easy' dog for any family. He weighs ~35 pounds and he is a total LOVE BUG !

PLEASE NOTE: This dog is currently in Puerto Rico. Once an adopter is fully approved, transport will be arranged to the New York/NJ area. We DO adopt out of state, but you must come to pick up.

In addition, if you are applying for this dog or any of our pups, you must be open to dog psychology/behavior (Cesar Millan) and fulfilling the needs of the dog.

We strive for our dogs to be adopted into the right home. The best fit for the dog is our priority.

We ask that you please make sure if interested in a puppy or high energy breed that you are ready for this time consuming/daily endeavor and have patience as this is a long term commitment (could be 15+ years). Please consider your future lifestyle after COVID.

Please make sure you are ready to properly exercise and give a dog all it needs for fulfillment. Your ongoing time and day-to-day commitment is the most important thing in caring for a dog.

In addition we cannot guarantee breed of any dog or expected adult size of a puppy. Thank you for understanding.
