Remi's adoption donation is $300 and he is being fostered in Central Ohio. He has been neutered, microchipped, received his rabies, distemper/parvo, bivalent canine influenza, and bordetella vaccines, tested negative for heartworms, started on prevention as well as flea prevention. Remi has also had a dental cleaning.
Remi came into rescue with several other dogs when his owner passed away suddenly. Remi likes to be with you and does give kisses. He is doing well learning to walk on a leash with his new harness and he loves to go for walks. He is a very smart dog and does very well with “going” outside. He is a bit chunky and is on a little less food and exercise program to take a bit off from him which seems to be working. Remi is very focused on his person and would do best as an only dog. The ideal home for Remi would include be a quiter home with a person or family that is home a lot and loves to go for walks. A fenced yard would be great but he has made a lot of progress and is really catching on to walking on a leash. Since he's a smaller guy, no children under the age of 8-10.
