Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chewy is a complete sweetheart! We adopted her from a local rescue in May of 2021 and they didn't know her very well. She was not being fostered in a home, so they hadn't seen her around kids. While is wonderful with kids, she really should live in an adult home or one with teenagers (ours are younger). She needs some training and everyone in the house would need to be on the same page. She can get a bit sassy is she thinks she's in charge. :) This is nothing some training couldn't fix.
We had only had Chewy for 2 weeks when we noticed a lump on her upper abdomen. The vet removed it and it was cancerous. We decided not to go in for a wider margin at the time because she needed to recover from the surgery and acclimate to the house. She would probably benefit from having a larger margin taken out within the next 6 months. I am estimating this procedure will cost about $500.
I am more than happy to talk more over the phone about this! Thank you! Chewy really is the best!!
