UPDATED BIO 1/13/2010: I'm Sassy! I'm 8 years old and weigh 6.8 lbs. I'm going to make this short and sweet. FM said I had to tell you she calls me the "Taskmaster"!!. I tell her when it's time to get up and EAT. (I love to eat!) I haven't had many accidents in the house.... they keep us troops on a schedule here. We get to go out every couple of hours, and I do what I need to do every single time. I did have to put the big guy here (Ty, the Yorkipoo) in his place and had no issues at all getting in his face and backing him in a corner, but we get along just fine now. I have blended right in with the other puppies here, although I do still have no problem going off by myself to take a nap. I like it the best when FM just carries me around in her arms. I think I could sit there for hours on end. Just wanted to give you an update and hope to hear from you real soon.
Oh yeah, and one more thingy. So, my bloodwork came back and I have a slightly low thyroid level... so, now I'm on a teeny little pill once a day. FM can't believe the change it's made in me. I used to be spunky, but now I can run around like a 2 year old! Just wanted to let you know all about lil ol me! Hope you adopt me soon!
UPDATED BIO 12/25/2009: Sassy here and a big MERRY CHRISTMAS HO HO HO. I'm 8 years old and 5 lbs. So..... I'm settling in pretty nicely here, but know I can't get too comfortable, because I think I may get adopted pretty quickly. After all I am just too cute according to FM and FD.
I may be small but I am holding my own with the big guys around here. My thermometer starts to wriggle from the time I get up in the morning til I go to bed at nite, unless I'm napping of course. They say I am a pretty happy little princess. And I'm first in the kitchen to get breakfast in the morning. Will be talking to you all soon. Thanks for visiting and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
INITIAL BIO 12/22/09: MEET SASSY! She is an adorable 8 y/o 5# little princess who was surrendered by her owners who were no longer willing to care for her. She loves to eat, and is a big-time cuddler. Sassy has just arrived at her foster hom, but is already learning the doggie steps up and down to her foster mom and dad on the sofa; she gets along with other dogs, but her previous owners said she didn't get along with cats, although she was in the shelter clinic with cats and didn't have a problem with that. Please stay tuned for an update on Sassy as her foster parents get to know her better. PLEASE NOTE: Due to Sassy's small size, she can only be adopted into a home with older children.
