My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Skylar ! Skylar is a male and we think he's a Canadian Cur / Hound mix. He is only 1 year old and currently weighs 36 pounds (end of Sept). He has one blue eye and one gold eye! He is sweet and mellow, gets along great with all dogs and humans, he can be slightly shy but gaining confidence quickly! He loves to play with other dogs just like his siblings - also up for adoption ! Ricky, Simon & Sophia !

If interested in Skylar or any of his siblings, please complete an application !

PLEASE NOTE: This dog is currently in Puerto Rico. Once an adopter is fully approved, transport will be arranged to the New York/NJ area. We DO adopt out of state, but you must come to pick up.

In addition, if you are applying for this dog or any of our pups, you must be open to dog psychology/behavior (Cesar Millan) and fulfilling the needs of the dog.

We strive for our dogs to be adopted into the right home. The best fit for the dog is our priority.

We ask that you please make sure if interested in a puppy or high energy breed that you are ready for this time consuming/daily endeavor and have patience as this is a long term commitment (could be 15+ years). Please consider your future lifestyle after COVID.

Please make sure you are ready to properly exercise and give a dog all it needs for fulfillment. Your ongoing time and day-to-day commitment is the most important thing in caring for a dog.

In addition we cannot guarantee breed of any dog or expected adult size of a puppy. Thank you for understanding.
