My story

My brother, Beethoven, and I are siblings. We have always been together since birth. We just turned seven in June. I'm the smaller pup, but I can keep up with my brother and we are great friends. If possible I would like to find a home with my brother. I'm good with other dogs, but I L.O.V.E. my bro. I'm a quiet delicate little girl that loves to cuddle. I'll give you my belly in a minute....I just love belly rubs. I haven't walked on a leash much, but I can. If my brother and I find perfect homes without each other I guess we'd be o.k. but it must be perfect. I'm just 6 lbs so smaller children wouldn't be a good fit for me. Older children >12 would be just fine.

Why adoption is a great option

Flacka - Adoption Pending, a Marietta Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
