Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Riley was bought from an Amish breeder in 2015 at 8 weeks old. He is currently almost 6 years old.
We’re looking to rehome Riley into a loving, experienced household because he has minor behavioral problems my lifestyle doesn’t give me enough time to focus on and retrain. He is a loving, goofy, enthusiastic little guy. He has a ton of energy and is very playful.
He is what can be described as a “Velcro dog.” He has some attachment issues, demands constant attention and closeness when you’re in the home. (There isn’t separation anxiety, you won’t have to worry about him getting into trouble when you’re not home.)
He also is a little mischievous, and will get into trash or food if those are left out and accessible.
He used to display signs of aggression as a result of resource guarding, but after a few months of training this was remedied.
He gets along with cats, most female dogs, and children.
He is crate/kennel trained.
He deserves a family with more time and resources.
