Hi, I'm Boston. a loving, four year old, thirteen pound tri-colored Chihuahua boy. I am a cuddly guy that enjoys walks, being close to my person, riding in the car, toys, and other fun activities.
My foster dad says I greet every day with so much happiness, it’s contagious! My foster mom says there is nothing sweeter than the way I snuggle up on your chest or roll over on my back in your armpit for a belly rub.
I would not mind being an only child, and having all the love for myself, but I have lived with another small dog (see video) and we got along swimmingly!
I believe I would do fine with gentle kids over 9 with great dog manners, and in a household that is relatively calm.
I come vaccinated, microchipped and neutered! My adoption fee is $300.
My rescue is easy to work with; we are very small and pride ourselves on being rapid response time and on great communication and follow up.
A great home and must haves for me include:
1. Folks who are ready to love and be loved by a guy like me, and who will love and protect me forever.
2. An owned or stable renter home with a securely fenced backyard.
3. Adopters committed to helping me lose a couple of pounds so that I am as healthy as possible. Adopters who will walk me every day and will include me in their fun activities.
