My story

Scooby Blue is a smart older pup whose family said he is a fast learner. He knows the sit, no, off, and "go to your room" commands. He didn't really have his own room but thinks his crate is a room. He is house trained and spent his days either outside or freely roaming the house. When he needs to go out, he sits, squirms and grunts. He likes to lead while walking on a leash. He might run away while off leash but will come back if you call him. He is an affectionate, lap-loving cuddlebug who loves to be petted. He has no experience with children and, until he gets some training, is too mouthy for little ones so he'll need to live with kids at least 12 years old. He is friendly, playful, and rough with other dogs so you'll need to bring your dog to meet him. He'll bark at dogs he sees during walks but wants to play and behaves well at the dog park. He weighs 32 pounds and has a lot of energy for hours of playtime. He likes car rides, running, tugging, toys, walks, water, wrestling and putting everything into his mouth. He was only given up because his family moved to an apartment where no pets are allowed. He had to be disciplined for chewing and jumping up. He is very treat motivated which will help with his future training. He is curious, tolerant, and excitable. He is protective of his home. Please offer lovable Scooby Blue the home and family he needs to keep him from being blue. (tw 4/22/2022)
