My name is Mugsy! I'm a big, lovable, goofy 2-year-old bo and about 55 lbs!! I love to go on car rides and I love to be on your lap, but my foster mom says I can't do that when she's driving (*eye roll*). Even when she's not driving, I'm still a velcro dog! I just want to be with my peeps! I love toys, I really love treats & I'm great in my crate. I would do best as the only 4 legged baby in your home. I am unfortunately not great with every dog. I make up for it by being wonderful with every person and I LOVE kids!! I want to live the life of being a spoiled rotten baby that I know I deserve! Oh, and did I mention that I'm gorgeous? Just look at my squishy face! I'm the best dog ever! At least that’s what my foster mom says.

All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.

We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application.

We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information.

We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.

Approve Application

We perform vet and landlord checks if necessary and will contact you if your application is approved.

3.
Meet the Pet

If approved, a volunteer will bring the dog to your home for a meet & greet and home check.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

If the adoption representative and you agree the dog is a good fit for your family, you will complete the adoption contract and pay the fee.

As a network of foster homes, we do not have a "shelter location". We do hold meet and greet events each month at various locations where you can meet our precious pitties. Otherwise, meet and greets are only available with an approved application and home visit.
