My story

We rescued this adorable 10-1/2 year old (as of June 2022) boy and he is looking for his forever home. He was turned into a shelter with his pal Joanna because his guardian passed away and he would love a chance to be a part of your family so contact us! He is super sweet, easy to walk, likes people, dogs and cats and would love to meet you. We would like to place Joanna and Dumbo as a bonded pair so call us! To find out how to meet this dog please email our rescue and adoption center at: adopt@petadoptionfund.org, submit an application from our website or call (818) 340-1186
For general calls please contact (818) 340-1186.

Why adoption is a great option

Dumbo, a Canoga Park Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Canoga Park, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Canoga Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Canoga Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Canoga Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Canoga Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
