My story

Jackson came to the shelter as a stray. While Jackson was quite scared and unsettled in the beginning, he has blossomed with the attention from staff and volunteers. He is very affectionate indeed, and he fancies himself a lapdog despite his size. He is shy when first meeting new people but he's ready to make friends quickly, and he bonds to people very quickly. He can be a little whiney when stressed. Jackson seems to like lady-dogs and may do well with another dog in the home, but of course a meet and greet would be recommended with any potential house-mates.

Hamilton Township Animal Shelter cannot offer any guarantees on the age, health, temperament, personality or mental disposition of any pet. Hamilton Township Animal Shelter cannot and does not represent, warrant, promise, or guarantee how the adopted pet will interact or react to the new home environment.
