Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rascal is a beautiful little Jack Russell Terrier boy. He’s about a year old and full of himself....14 pounds of dynamite! He wants to play play play! All vet work is done and he is microchipped. It would be great if he had another dog to play with. A female of any breed is best....but should be at least 15 pounds. Did I mention that Rascal was very playful? He will need a securely fenced yard...no chain link, no electronic fencing, and no wrought iron for this athletic boy. He will get through it. He needs an energetic and agile owner that is familiar with the breed. You will need to be able to keep up with him! Also, someone who is home at least part of the day is best. He is too young and energetic to be left alone for hours and hours. A home visit and a good vet reference are mandatory to adopt Rascal. Rascal requires a home with no cats, critters, parakeets, bunnies, chickens, etc. and will do best in a home with no kiddos. His adopter needs to be able to drive to the Austin, Texas area to get him. Rascal’s adoption fee is $275. Please fill out the online adoption application at www.RussellRescue.com and someone will contact you. Contact for Rascal is: jamesejolley@gmail.com
