My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Emma is the sweetest and easiest dog. We adopted her from a pound in South Central LA when she was a puppy and have loved her as part of our family for over 7 years. She is beautiful and loving toward adults that she trusts, but does not get along with other animals or children. She loves to lick your legs (especially if you just put lotion on).

We are devastated to explore rehoming options for her, but she started to show aggressive behavior toward our toddler (especially around food). We've been having to keep her separate from our toddler and don't feel as though we can give her the amount of attention and love that she deserves.

She loves to lay at your feet and just wants to be in your company all day long. She is very low maintenance, does not chew on anything, and never has accidents inside the house. She is very calm and enjoys the quiet. She enjoys going on walks and typically ignores other people / dogs while walking (unless she sees a bunny or squirrel).
