My story

An extremely kind donor has offered to sponsor Sophie's adoption fee. This is sweet Sophie, momma to fellow resident Tank, who just loves to say hi to all the people she meets. Staff are greeted each morning by barks of excitement as they fill her day with outside time and love. She loves spending time outside, sniffing around and enjoying the sunshine. She will do best in a home with no other dogs, but could go into a home with her son Tank if you wanted to dogs to help fill your life with joy. She is very ready to bond to her humans to show them how much spunk and life she has left to give at her age. If you are interested in meeting Sophie, please fill out an application at www.highsierraanimalrescue.org.

Though her fee is sponsored, all potential adopters still have to fill out an online application and go through our vetting process to ensure that they can properly care for Sophie.
