Karma is believed to be about 3 years old and came into rescue with her daughter, Lisa. House trained she isn’t too sure about a leash, but is super sweet. Current on vaccines, spayed and in treatment for heartworms. Shy at first she loves to be with people, but is not a fan of other dogs.

More about this rescue
Rainbow Animal Rescue is a no-kill rescue based in North Carolina. We are a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) rescue organization.
We started our rescue in 2004 in an effort to help the many unwanted, abandoned and mistreated animals in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina and the surrounding areas. We foster pets in our homes until we can find loving 'forever' homes for them. In an effort to aid more animals we recently entered into an agreement with Halifax County to operate a Rescue and Adoption Center. We now have a small shelter with 19 indoor / outdoor kennels, a puppy room, and exercise yards.
