Zeus is a 7 year old Shih-tzu that is a puppymill release. He has come a long way since arriving with his kennel mate Lacey. They are a bonded pair and he is very protective of her if other dogs come around. He always has to know where she is and will panic if he can't find her. You will see them snuggled together most days but they have started to explore the house more and more. His ideal home would be one with a fenced in area (no exceptions) and a patient owner willing to adopt the pair and give them the time they need to adjust. It has been so rewarding watching them blossom. Zeus even picked up a toy for the first time yesterday.There are no toys and no interactions at the mills. He has been neutered, had a dental and microchipped and just needs a home willing to let him bring his girlfriend with him.(they are a bonded pair and must stay together) Their adoption fee is $450.
