Here's what the humans have to say about me:
** COURTESY POST **
Cali is extremely friendly and warms up to people instantly. She does not mind being picked up and held for awhile. She answers/listens to anything said in a "baby" voice. She never scratches or hisses. She will probably follow you from room to room. She would be a good cat for a family. She is a little purr machine when she is sleepy.
She is very playful and gets zoomies daily, but it is extremely rare that she knocks anything down. She plays on her own but will also bring you toys to ask you to play with her. She is not picky about toys, but her favorite toys are a feather on a stick, a hidden prey toy, and a fluffy mouse toy. She will nip or paw at your legs to initiate a game of chase. She will run if you chase her and will also chase you if you run.
She is a very clean kitty. She is very good about using her litter box and kept everything clean.
She likes to sit in her hammock, on office chairs and on the windowsill. Soft music makes her calm and sleepy. She sleeps a lot from late morning to evening time. She also sleeps from around 11pm to 6am.
She is happiest and healthiest when she has constant access to dry food. Because she is an active kitty, she does not become overweight.
We have conditioned her to use her scratching post using treats. She tries to eat thin bits of plastic (likely due to malnutrition in her past), so please keep any plastic away from her.
