Hello, my name is Mac but I’m also called Big Mac. Even though I’m not a big dog my personality makes up for my lack of size.
I was picked up as a stray in Southern, IL. I had no collar or tags but I was micro chipped. The Owner on file was not contactable. They lived in West Virginia. Nobody knows how I came to Illinois let alone be a stray.
I came to Treasured Animal Rescue and went to a foster home. The first thing I did when I came to the foster home was take a big snooze. Have to admit - I snore. I met many people and even some kids. I am really good with kids. I even met some dogs in the neighborhood. My Rescuers can tell you more about me & other dogs. I need slow introductions.
At the moment I need a foster home. A place where I can lay my bulky body. Someone who lets me become a speed bump in the living room. Maybe your home is nice and calm. Even better, we can hang out together and watch TV. Go for short walks but basically a quiet house for me to snore.
My Rescuers can give you more info about me and how amazing I am. You can send an email to: info@treasuredanimalrescueinc.org or complete an adoption application at: https://treasuredanimalrescueinc.org/adoption-application-dog/
Thanks, Mac
At the moment Mac is needing a foster home. Due to unexpected circumstances he is in boarding at our vets office. Please send any questions or inquiries regarding Mac to our email.

(Big) Mac, a Naperville English Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Bulldog for sale in Naperville, or seeking a English Bulldog dog from a breeder in Naperville.
Rescues and shelter volunteers in Naperville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Naperville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Bulldog breeders who help with English Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Naperville paves the way for another one to be saved.
