My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Coconut is a designer hybrid known a "morkie" which is a Maltese and Yorkshire Terrier mix. She is very friendly and would do well in a home with another tiny dog as she has been enjoying play time with her Yorkie foster brother very much. She has had 2 sets of shots and has been microchipped.

We are hoping to find her a forever home as she has been passed around a couple of times in her short life already due to family circumstances. She is a wonderful fun girl that is also already doing very well with crate training and house breaking. She has even started going to the door and scratching to go out in the bitter cold. Once outside she goes to the same spot she eliiminated in the time before making it very easy to get her going consistantly.

She is approximately 3 months old and weighs 3 to 4 lbs. Will probably be 6lbs full grown. Due to her size we prefer to place her in a home with no small children or very large dogs. She will also be adopted out on a spay/neuter contract to be sure she is spayed by the age of 6 months. Her adoption fee is $400.
