My story

Kitties don’t come any sweeter than this girl! She is super loving and cuddly—maybe because she is so happy to be off the mean streets. Less than two years old as of December 2022, Sugar is looking for a home where someone will give her a warm lap and lots of love. She’s friendly with other cats but also independent.
Sugar is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested FeLV/FIV negative.
To meet Sugar, apply at www.TheRescueTrain.org. Please don’t be shy and answer all the questions thoroughly! Sugar is in a foster home in Van Nuys. Your application is used to set up a safe meeting and successful adoption. Los Angeles adopters only please.

Why adoption is a great option

Sugar Sugar, a Studio City Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Studio City, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Studio City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Studio City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Studio City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Studio City paves the way for another one to be saved.
