My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Luca was brought home from a rescue just over 2 months ago. Unfortunately, his breed was unknown at the time and ,while no DNA test has been run, I have come to find that he is likely a Black Mouth Cur pup, could be Pure bred or mixed. He is 8 - 9 months old and sits at around 60lbs. He loves to play but does not have a high energy level.

Unfortunately, In bringing Luca home we have had trouble acclimating to life in a home with another similar sized dog. Outside of the house he is great with other dogs and is super playful but in home he has become territorial and possessive, which I have recently learned is common with this breed. Luca also grows anxious when left at home alone for long periods of time.

He is a GREAT pup, very loving, loves children and kisses, knows basic commands, loves walks and is great on a leash. He is occasionally reactive on leash and could use some work in that category. A bit more socialization could be good for him.
