Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Oliver I am 4 years old. I am a Shitz tzu Bichon mix, sometimes I am called a Teddy Bear. I was adopted 4 years ago from Paws and Claws as a puppy. I lived a great life in Mantorville with an electric fence and company all day long because my owners were retired. 6 months ago, my life changed when my wonderful mom got pancreatic cancer and my dad had to go into assisted living once she passed away. I live a good life with my foster family, but they work a lot and sometimes are gone for 10 hours during the week. Sometimes when I am bored or mad I pee or maybe poop to get a reaction out of the foster family.
I'd really like to live with a family that can give me more attention. I love walks, I love kids and other dogs. My foster family shaved me because I got really matted during Covid when I couldn't get a haircut. I feel kind of bald right now, but when I have hair I'm pretty cute.
