My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Kash!

He is currently with a foster home in Dyer, IN.

He knows how to "sit"
he likes to play fetch with balls and has done great with other dogs in play groups. He LOVES to run and he is fast.
He is doing great in his foster home with children 4 and 7 yrs old. He loves to run around the house and play with them.

Here are a couple videos of him playing:

Basics: He is guessed to be around 1 year old and is on the medium size . . only weighing about 37 lbs. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines and rabies

Backstory: He arrived to NW Indiana from our rescue partners in Texas. His owners left him at a boarding facility in Texas and never returned, but that's all behind him now and he is searching for a new forever family!

Adoption Process:

- please fill out our adoption application: https://www.dayofthedogs.org/adoption-application

- one of our team members will get back to you.

- our dogs can be seen by appointment only after an approved application has been received. We do not have a facility. Dogs are in foster homes or boarding

- Adoption fee helps to cover spay/neuter, initial vaccines, rabies, fecal, initial worming, and microchip.

-We cannot place holds on our dogs. Please do not contact us until you are prepared to adopt.

NOTE: We are very good about updating the pet's profiles once adopted. So no need to write us to ask "Is he/she still available?" If the post is up, the dog is still available.
