This gem is Ruby!

Ruby is playful, patient, and kind. Her loving personality delights in spending time with kids and other dogs! She is gentle enough to get along with the foster’s 12 year old blind dog, but a younger playmate would be better. She is comfortable around cats too!

Ruby is well trained (not to jump, sit, lay, kennel trained, and house broken), but has enough puppy left in her that when she gets too excited she can forget her training at times. Who doesn’t appreciate that zest for life?!

She would be a wonderful dog for a family with a nice yard, kids, and/or other dogs. She is good on leash but is from a more rural area so she has not been observed in a neighborhood situation. She loves to ride in the car but mostly loves to cuddle and follow you around. She’s a real treasure!

Ruby is about 2 years old and believed to be a Black Shepherd/Lab mix and she weighs in at 60 pounds. She is up to date on all shots and spayed. Her adoption fee is $200 so please visit our website to submit an application.
