Bailey is a 6 month old girl who is learning to be a puppy. She came from a bad situation and is uncertain of most people. She blossoms when another dog is around and she’s slowly opening up to her foster mom.

She needs a patient adopter that is willing to give her the time and attention she needs to come out of her shell.

She needs an adopter within 60 miles (~1 hour) from DC.
