Hi, I'm Tooks! I'm a pretty lady with a shiny coat of black fur and socks of white. You'll think I'm shy when you first meet me and I'll need some time to get to know you and feel confident in a new place. But, if you give me that time and patience, you'll learn that I'm really an easy, low maintenance kitty who is quite sweet! I would make a fantastic companion for another cat, as I love to play with the other kitties here at my foster house. I get along with all of them - I play with the young kittens and when it's nap time, I really like to snuggle with the senior kitty. I also enjoy spending time in the window, gazing outside. I especially enjoy conversations and love when people "talk" with me. I always have lots to say. Maybe you know cat speak and we can be friends? I totally know dinner time and will patiently stand by as you plate that yummy wet food. I am not fond of being picked up and I'm not a lap kitty but do enjoy affection on my own terms and will purr happily for you, especially at night when I jump onto the bed for some evening petting. I would do best in a quieter home where I can be myself and chill in my favorite hangout spots. I'm good about using the cat scratchers and I have perfect litterbox habits. I may not be a super cuddler but I have so many great traits! I just need someone who will appreciate me for who I am and for who I am not. Please think about taking a chance on me!
