My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Always in a jolly mood, Kryptonite is a gorgeous, strapping recently turned year old dog, between puppy and adult. His father was a Catahoula and mom a Lab-Pit Bull mix. A typical teenager, he is back in the rescue as too much dog for his puppy adopters to handle, but he is a good boy with a great mind and will thrive with anyone who is active, likes a working dog personality and is looking for a buddy. He's a total sweetheart, silly and willing to please. Incredibly social, loves his dog park friends, super affectionate and very bright. He's a typical teenage Catahoula, so he has some engine, but will contentedly curl at your feet when nothing is going on. He could use some boundaries and training....we are working on leash manners right now....and is a big, strong boy who needs someone who understands the importance of exercise and keeping a working dog brain stimulated, but he is pretty straightforward, cue responsive and will make an outstanding and limitless pet. Adoptions to RI, CT and NH; we unfortunately cannot adopt to Massachusetts residents.
