My story

Princess, DSH, dilute tortoiseshell spayed young cat. All vaccines current, Est. DOB 4-2019

Princess was brought to safety from a poisoning situation where two of her babies died. She came to us with the surviving 2 of her 4 kittens. She proved to already be pregnant again and 5 of her six new babies died. She was not used to being held and she is finding out that she absolutely loves sitting in your lap and relaxing against you as she dreams of her very own home and people.

She is laid back, but will hiss at other cats to keep them away. This is normal behavior for a “new cat in town”. She is totally calm for the most part. She loves to be with people and will follow you from room to room. She is very small, only weighing 6.25 lbs. when spayed.

She likes holding conversations with you is enjoying her freedom from babies. Princess is living with Partners for Cats, Jean. Call her at 828-437-8769 for more information on this tiny girl. A completed adoption application with a personal interview will be required. Her adoption fee is $75.00

More about this rescue

We are a group of people who are tired of the statistics where many more cats are killed by our Animal Control entities than are released after TNR or are placed in loving homes. We think that all cats can be saved and have joined to not only save cats but to educate the communities we live in about cats and hopefully generate compassion and love for them.
