Uschi is the most beautiful little lady you ever did see! She has the biggest, roundest green eyes, and a tiny pink nose to match. Her fur is a soft and silky tuxedo pattern, and she has a petite and delicate stature. She truly looks like a real life cartoon cat with how adorable her features are. We brought her in right before she had her 5 wonderful kittens, and now this young mama cat is ready to find her furever home!
Uschi is loving and sweet, and enjoys being around her people and hanging out. She prefers all 4 paws on the ground, but loves brushing up against your legs to greet you, and she will chirp and chatter to let you know when it's time for pets or mealtime. You can often find her purring up a storm when she is happy. Uschi is a great mix of independent and snuggly, and prefers to be around her people even when she just wants to hangout and be with her thoughts. She adores when you sit on the ground to be on her level, so she can sit next to you and say hello face to face. If you pet her the wrong way, she'll let you know with a light tap of her paw on your hand. This lovely lady knows how to communicate what she wants, and she is great about letting you know what her mood is.
Uschi can have her playful spurts, but much prefers to go about her day at a leisurely pace. Her favorite perch is by the window so she can watch the birds go by and feel the sun on her face, and her favorite cozy spot is her fluffy cat bed. She is great about using her scratching post to keep her kitty claws in shape, and her favorite toys are anything with catnip in them. When she does decide to play, she likes to play with other cats so she can have companionship during her adventures. She has had positive experiences with cats and kittens, but only prefers her friends to be felines. Being around dogs makes her feel uneasy, and she's not quite sure what to make of them.
U schi can be nervous in new places, and upon meeting people for the first time. She warms up quickly though, especially when you meet her on her level and sit down on the ground with her. She would do best in a home that can give her that initial time to warm up, and a space to get away to when she needs to take a moment to be by herself. She would do fine in a home with other cats or kittens, as long as they have the proper introduction and have similar energy levels and habits as her. She has not had any experience with smaller children, and would only be ok with them if they did not try and pick her up as she prefers to stay on the ground. She would need to go to a dog free home as she gets nervous around them. Uschi would love to go home with one of her kittens, as she seems to miss them a lot when they are all gone. She would love to be your personal assistant, and would be a wonderful helper if you work from home and need a companion to bring a smile to your face with her cozy presence.
